ABOUT HSMI

The Holy Spirit Ministry International (abbreviated HSMI) of pastor Victor Petrenko and his wife Tatyana grows and develops in Ukraine and abroad under the great blessing of the Lord and the powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

After graduating from the Bible Institute of the Living Word (LWBI, Canada, Manitoba 1992), Victor responded to God's call - the opening of new churches. In 1998, he graduated from the School of the Holy Spirit (i.e. RBI, USA, Florida).
In those churches where pastor Victor serves, the anointing of the Holy Spirit brings revival and rebirth to the hearts of people.
Victor and Tatyana have raised and released into independent life three grown-up sons - David, Philip and Victor jr,
